There are Pajarero figs from Spain naturally dried then band dipped in Caro Dark Chocolte. Pajarero figs are delicate, sweet figs that have thinner skins than the others varieties. Caro’s rich dark chocolate is made according to the family recipe passed down for three generations. Perfectly sublime.
Ingredients: dried pajarero figs and dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass (56% min.), cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla).

This Fig Jam was made from just a touch of lemon blossom honey to enhance the unparalleled flavor of the Pajarero fig. An integral part of Spanish cuisine, the Pajarero fig is smaller and sweeter than its cousin from Turkey. Its thin, delicate skin allows the flavor of the fig to shine through. For the jam, our producers, a family company who uses the same recipes his grandmother did, gently crush the figs and add a hint of lemon blossom honey.
Ingredients: pajarero figs (79%) & lemon flower honey.

This almond nougat is made entirely from Marcona almonds in the old fashioned tradition of “a la piedra” or on the stone. What makes them stand out is their stellar flavor without being overly sweet. The “Duro” is not too hard so there is no danger of breaking a tooth. The only danger is in stopping yourself from eating the whole bar in one sitting.
