This elaborate vinegar is the result of an aging process of the naturally sweet banyuls wine. The wine is aged in oak barrels under the Mediterranean sun for four years. Transferred to new oak barrels, and then aged for one more year. Its natural sugar, rich aromas of walnut, gingerbread and vanilla will add character to one’s recipe.
